Project description Rapanelli International, a logistics operator active on the Italy-Libya and Europe-MEA corridors, carried out a digitalisation project consisting in the activation of a cloud e-commerce platform (Shopify) integrated with its corporate website, in support of the services offered to its customers.
Objectives:
- Digitalise the company’s commercial processes through the adoption of cloud services;
- Expand digital contact and sales channels toward the company’s target markets;
- Improve the efficiency of handling commercial requests and online operations.
Results achieved Activation of a Shopify e-commerce platform integrated with the corporate website, with a service catalogue, cart management and online purchase flow, supporting the company’s digitalisation strategy.
